MAX758 AIR FRESHENER
Air Freshener is a powerful liquid multi use odour counteractant that leaves a pleasant fragrance behind. This water based formulation is especially effective in elimination of undesirable odour. Good for use in nursing homes, hotels/motels, schools, laundry rooms, kitchens and many other areas where odour is an issue. Its highly concentrated to allow for higher rate of dilution and therefor cost effective.
MAX801 DISH WASH
MAX801 is specially formulated for washing of all form of cutleries, glass and porcelain wares. It will restore the lustre of the wares and leaves a lasting shine. Safe for use in kitchens and food preparation areas.
MAX901 ALKALINE CLEANER
A water based, butyl, alkaline cleaner designed to tackle industrial, heavy duty cleaning problems. It spontaneously emulsifies heavy soils – significantly improving cleaning time. This emulsification ability prevents dirt from re-depositing on cleaned surfaces once it has been removed. MAX901 has also been designed to allow the emulsifying process to break quickly, allowing for effective oil water separation with skimmers or other oil separation equipment.
MAX906 CARPET SPOTTER
MAX906 is a carpet spotter or stain remover which quickly penetrates, cleans and removes all stains on even the toughest carpet. It deodorizes as it penetrate and cleans without leaving any residue. It freshens and brightens as it restores the carpet. Works well on dirt, grease, coffee ,blood, ketchup, vomit, and any food soils.
MAX759 SERAI WANGI INSECT REPELLENT
‘Serai Wangi’ is a water based insect repellent formulated specially to keep away flies and other insects. Good for use in eateries, canteens, cafeterias etc. Contains no CFC’s or other ozone depleting substances.
MAX888 CLEAN & BUFF
A high speed floor finish designed for burnishing . The ideal choice for customers who maintain a regular buffing program to achieve a high gloss floor. MAX888 responds well to spray buff or burnishing. Each successive buffing increases the shine and enhances the finish. Good for use on Vinyl tile, asbestos tile, rubber tile and linoleum.
MAX905 CARPET SHAMPOO NO FOAM
MAX905 is a non-foaming carpet shampoo with optical brighteners, soil retardants, and a fresh scent. It is built with a water based solvent and surfactant system for fast release of soils. This provides the responsive cleaning action that is necessary in the short period of time between dispensing by the carpet equipment and its extraction. No sticky or oily residue remains that may contribute to re-soiling. Safe on all types of carpets and upholstery.
MAX908 GF SCOURING CREAM
GF Cream Cleanser is a mild abrasive liquid cleaner which contains silica and is recommended for those tough to remove soils and stains in sinks, showers, kitchens, schools, hotels, motels, etc, where a more aggressive abrasive cleaner is needed. It kills and inhibits the growth of odour causing bacteria leaving a pleasant Lemon fragrance. For use only on surfaces not harmed by mild abrasives.
